Celdomy offers you the opportunity to grow into a pricing specialist within one of the most dynamic sectors in the Netherlands: the flower industry.
You will report directly to the management team and play an active role in shaping our pricing strategy. This is not a supporting position – it’s a role with responsibility, autonomy, and real influence. You’ll learn by doing, run experiments, and contribute directly to key commercial decisions. Your work will have a big impact on Celdomy’s growth.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll analyze data, build pricing models, and work with modern tools like Symson. You’ll help define pricing strategies and test new approaches. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Operations, and Marketing, and report directly to the leadership team.
We’re looking for someone who can crunch numbers, but also takes initiative. Someone who understands data, spots opportunities, and wants to use pricing as a driver for growth.
Who you are
• You hold a university degree (WO) in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• You live in the West of the Netherlands, ideally near the Westland region.
• You have an affinity with the floral industry – or curiosity to learn about this unique market.
• You are analytical, proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to make mistakes.
• You’re tech-savvy and enjoy working with pricing software and dashboards.
• You think in experiments: test, learn, improve. A growth hacking mindset is a big plus.
